PATNA, July 7 -- Bihar Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development (BIPARD), Patna, received the ISO 9001:2015 certification on Monday, becoming the third institution in the state to earn the quality accreditation after BIPARD Gaya and General Administration Department. Chief minister Samrat Choudhary congratulated the institute, saying the certification reflects its commitment to quality, transparency and administrative excellence. He noted that BIPARD plays a key role in strengthening governance by providing year-round training to administrative officers and government employees.
