Jaipur, March 2 -- A case has been registered after three men allegedly abducted a 13-year-old girl from in front of her school and gang-raped her in Bundi district, police said on Sunday. Deputy superintendent of police of Keshoraipatan circle in Bundi, Ashok Joshi said, "The incident took place at around 2.30pm on Friday when the victim was waiting in front of her school after her examination. However, the three men abducted her from there, gang-raped her, and later dropped at her grandmother's place. Her condition is serious." According to the police, the victim was familiar to one of the three accused. "She met him at the school gate on Friday. She asked for some water from the man but he gave her some spiked drink following which she fainted," said Joshi. Later, he took her to an isolated place where he along with his two aides raped her repeatedly. "Her parents meanwhile also started searching for her in the vicinity when she did not return but failed to trace her." At around 9 pm, the three men dropped her in front of her grandmother's place and fled. "Her grandmother immediately noticed her bleeding and rushed her to a local hospital from where she was also referred to the JK Lon Hospital in Kota when her condition deteriorated. She is still critical," said Joshi. Meanwhile, her parents, based on her initial statements, lodged an FIR on Saturday night against the three men under necessary sections of rape under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and other relevant sections of Pocso....
