Mumbai, April 24 -- A labourer died after falling from the 20th floor of an under-construction building in Malad West on Wednesday night. The victim, Manoj Gupta, 30, was working at the Vedang Viveda site in Evershine Nagar. He was taken by Bangur Nagar Police Station personnel to a trauma care hospital, where doctors declared him dead on arrival. According to BMC officials, poor lighting and lack of safety measures at the site may have led to the fatal fall. Police are probing the incident....
