Chandigarh, Aug. 24 -- Three men carrying a suspected IED and a firearm were apprehended in Chandigarh on Sunday, with police officers saying that a terror bid was likely foiled. The accused - two from Tarn Taran and one from Amritsar - allegedly have links with terror outfit Babbar Khalsa International (BKI), officers aware of the matter said.
