Man accused of minor's rape arrested near Nepal border
NAVI MUMBAI, April 2 -- In a significant cross-border operation spanning multiple districts, Kharghar Police have arrested a 24-year-old man, near the India-Nepal border, accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl and impregnating her, following an intensive 13-day manhunt marked by technical and ground-level challenges.

The accused was finally apprehended near the border before he could flee the country, police said....
