Akash, Aarya guide CCI to win in president cup quarter-final
Mumbai, March 16 -- Akash Anand (82*) and Aarya Satpute (75*) led Cricket Club of India to a comprehensive nine-wicket win over Goregaon Sports Club in their quarter-final match of the MCA President Cup on Sunday.
Batting first, the Goregaon team got to a total of 176/6, with Saksham Parashar contributing with 54. CCI however, chased down the target in 15.3 overs to book their spot in the semi-final.
In another quarter-final, Angkrish Raghuvanshi (58*) and Shams Mulani (45*) helped Parsee Gymkhana chase the 138-run target against PJ Hindu Gymkhana to progress in the T20 tournament

Sind SC 119 (Mohd Juned Khan 4/27) lost to Parkophene Cricketers 120/2 (Ayush Jethwa 52*, Prasad Pawar 41*). PJ Hindu Gym 137/8 (Kaushik Chikhalikar 34; Zaid Patankar 3/25) lost to Parsee Gym 138/3 (Angkrish Raghuvanshi 58*, Shams Mulani 45*). National CC 190/5 (Sairaj Patil 75*, Rohan Gajjar 42) lost to DY Patil SA 194/3 (Atharva Kale 82*, Aman Khan 58*).
Imran Khan and Vishal Gehani earned hard-fought wins in their respective fourth round matches in the CCI Snooker Classic 2026 on Sunday.
While Khan staved off a spirited challenge from Tathya Sachdev to record a 4-3 (71-34, 71-35, 9-68, 86-4, 58-64, 38-61, 52-38) win, Gehani beat Om Sawant 4-2 (61-24, 62-32, 70-10, 16-57, 24-65, 74-37)....
