Agra, May 26 -- Two people were arrested after a 16-year-old boy died after falling from a zip line mounted 45 feet from the ground at an amusement park in Agra on Sunday, police said on Monday. The deceased was identified as Kunal Agarwal, a senior officer said. Deputy commissioner (city) Syed Ali Abbas said that the incident occurred at the amusement park Chaupati in the Taj Nagari Phase-II area. A case was registered on Sunday night under Section 105 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) of the BNS against owner Kumar Dubey and Abhishek Kumar, safety in-charge, at Delhi-based EOD Adventure Park. "They were presented before an Agra court on Monday and remanded to judicial custody. Investigations are on into the role of others, including the owner of the company in Delhi," said the DCP. Pankaj Agarwal, deceased's father, alleged that the pulley's hook lock broke soon after Kunal, who was not provided with safety gears, got on the zipline.
