LUCKNOW, Aug. 22 -- A woman climbed a tower near Aishbagh railway station in Lucknow early Friday morning, over alleged property dispute issue with her neighbour. The police and fire department personnel reached the spot and safely brought her down after persuasion. According to police, the incident was reported to the Bazaar Khala police station around 7.15am on Friday. "The SHO, along with a police team and fire department personnel, immediately reached the spot," added a police statement. Police said the woman is a resident of Kasimganj area of Ghazipur district. Preliminary inquiries with people present at the spot indicated that she was involved in a property dispute with a neighbour. Her family members also reached the spot. Police officials spoke to her continuously and counselled her, following which she agreed to come down from the tower safely. Police said further necessary action is being taken....
