VARANASI, July 20 -- The Adileela Foundation will host the four-day Kashi Telugu Sangamam in Varanasi from August 28 to 31, 2026. This national cultural and literary conclave aims to bring together eminent poets, writers, scholars, researchers and distinguished personalities representing various Indian languages from across the country. Addressing a press conference on Sunday, Dr S Adinarayana, chairman of the Adileela Foundation, announced the event alongside senior BJP leader Vakulabharanam Krishna Mohan Rao and Hridaynarayan Pandey, head of the Kashi Central Office. Organisers stated that the conclave is inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of "Nation First" and "Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat." It seeks to strengthen cultural, literary, and emotional ties between North and South India while celebrating the country's rich civilizational heritage through art, literature, and culture. The event expects over 2,000 delegates and participants from across India. The programme will feature performances by renowned gurus of classical dance traditions, such as Kuchipudi and Bharatanatyam, alongside exponents of diverse folk arts.
