PRAYAGRAJ, April 30 -- The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has announced that the written examination for the recruitment of lecturers (Advertisement No. 02/2022) in government-aided secondary schools will be conducted on May 9 and 10, 2026. A total of 4,64,605 candidates are expected to appear in the recruitment exam , which aims to fill 624 posts across the state, informed officials. The examination will be held in two shifts on both days. The first shift will run from 9:30 am to 11:30 am, while the second shift will take place from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. To accommodate the large number of candidates, 319 examination centers have been set up across 17 districts, including Agra, Aligarh, Prayagraj, Azamgarh, Bareilly, Basti, Banda, Ayodhya, Gorakhpur, Jhansi, Kanpur Nagar, Lucknow, Meerut, Mirzapur, Moradabad, Saharanpur, and Varanasi....
