UP Police, IIIT-Lko sign MoU to bolster cybercrime fight
LUCKNOW, June 11 -- In a significant move to strengthen the state's cybercrime response, the Uttar Pradesh Police's Cyber Crime Headquarters (CCHQ) and the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Lucknow, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This collaboration aims to leverage academic and scientific rigor to combat the rising tide of cybercrime in the state.
The partnership seeks to create a long-term framework for cooperation, focusing on building a pipeline of skilled professionals, including cyber-investigators, digital forensic examiners, and cybersecurity experts.
