LUCKNOW, Sept. 1 -- The body of an unidentified woman, aged around 30, was found lying beside a canal near the DRM culvert in Manak Nagar on Monday morning, police said. According to police, information about the body was received around 8am, following which the station house officer and a team reached the spot. The body was found on the roadside beside the canal. Senior police officers, including the additional deputy commissioner of police (central), also reached the spot and inspected the scene. A forensic team was called in and collected evidence from the site. Police are currently trying to establish the identity of the deceased. Further legal proceedings are underway, officials said....
