Two held for trying to enter Army area using forged IDs
AGRA, Aug. 29 -- Two men were arrested in a joint operation by Mathura police and military intelligence for allegedly attempting unauthorised entry into an Army area using forged Army identity documents, police said on Thursday.
According to a statement issued by the Mathura police, Rajaram, 23, a resident of Kosi Kalan in Mathura, was arrested with forged identity documents on Wednesday.
A case was registered against him at Sadar police station under Sections 318(4) (cheating), 338, 336(3) and 340(2) (forgery) of the BNS, along with Sections 3/7 of the Official Secrets Act.
During the investigation, police and Military Intelligence arrested his alleged associate, Aakash Kumar, 22, a resident of Aligarh, for allegedly preparing the forged documents for Rajaram. Aakash was arrested on Thursday near Bijlighar in Mathura....
