Lakhimpur Kheri, Aug. 22 -- Two people were feared drowned while two others swam to safety after the wooden boat they were travelling in capsized in the strong current of the swollen Mohana river near Babapurwa and Jasnagar villages under Tikunia police station limits on the India-Nepal border on Friday afternoon. Singh said Ram Kumar and Ashok managed to swim to safety, while Ranjit and Balram were carried away by the strong current. He said National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) personnel and Sashastra Sima Bal (SSB) personnel were being engaged to locate the two missing men.
