LUCKNOW, Sept. 8 -- Two separate road accidents in Lucknow on late Sunday evening and Monday left two people, including a two-month-old infant, dead, police said. In the first incident, a two-month-old boy died after the motorcycle carrying him and his parents was hit by an unidentified vehicle in BKT on Sunday late night. Police said the accident took place around 9.30pm. Police said no complaint had been received from the family so far. In the second crash, a 38-year-old motorcyclist was killed after being hit by an unidentified vehicle on the Kisan Path outer ring road near Omaxe City in Kalli West, under the PGI police station area. Police said the accident was reported around 9.30pm. The victim, identified as Anil Yadav, a resident of Khujhauli village in Mohanlalganj, was travelling on his motorcycle towards Bijnor when the unidentified vehicle hit him.
