Lucknow, May 19 -- Chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday said that for any officer or employee who successfully navigates the Indian administrative system while working in Uttar Pradesh, nothing remains impossible-be it within the country or across the globe. "Those who succeed in UP, succeed everywhere because UP-with its population of 250 million-operates amidst diverse circumstances and consistently delivers results, regardless of whether conditions are favorable or adverse. All of you are now receiving the opportunity to serve in such a state," he said. Adityanath made the remarks at a programme where appointment letters were distributed to 932 across 21 government departments under the state government's 'Mission Rozgar' (Mission Employment) initiative. The appointment letters were distributed to the candidates selected through the Uttar Pradesh Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services Examination 2024, conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission. The faces of the newly selected candidates lit up with joy as they received their appointment letters from the chief minister during a ceremony held at Lok Bhavan. Addressing the selected youth, the CM stated that this is a moment of immense joy for them, their parents, guardians, family members, and friends. "Your success must serve as the foundation for the success of the entire state," he emphasized. He noted that the operational methodology of recruitment commissions and boards serves as a prime example of how these policies are implemented. If the recruitment process itself lacks transparency and integrity, expecting those selected through such means to deliver honest results would be nothing more than a pipe dream, he said. "Only those who have been selected honestly-and who have secured their position through sheer diligence and hard work-can truly steer the state's momentum toward progress. Individuals selected through recommendations or monetary transactions will bring about ruin, not progress. Prior to 2017, this was precisely the situation prevailing in Uttar Pradesh," he said....
