LUCKNOW, Sept. 3 -- The Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (STF) has arrested two alleged members of the Kapil Sangwan alias Nandu gang wanted in the Review Officer (RO)/Assistant Review Officer (ARO) recruitment examination paper leak case. The accused-Anurag Mishra and Pushkar Pandey-were arrested near the RTI building in Lucknow's Vibhuti Khand area on Tuesday evening. Pandey had been absconding for more than two years, while Mishra was also wanted in a murder case registered in Delhi's West Bihar area. The STF recovered a car, Rs.2,500 cash, three mobile phones and a driving licence from them. During interrogation, Mishra allegedly told investigators that he became involved in examination paper leaks through Rajiv Nayan Mishra, who allegedly arranged admissions to private colleges and later began facilitating recruitment exam paper leaks....
