PRAYAGRAJ, July 28 -- The Prayagraj unit of the Anti-Corruption Organization on Monday arrested a senior auditor of the fund audit department while allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs 1 lakh in Fatehpur district. According to officials, the accused, Ravindra Pratap Singh, was allegedly demanding Rs 1.60 lakh from a complainant for clearing an audit report. The action followed a written complaint submitted by Abhay Pratap Singh, a resident of the Khaga area in Fatehpur.
