The day's first fixture saw Sports College edge Lucknow Aero Club 2-1 in a contest that swung both ways. Lucknow Aero Club stunned the crowd early when Nitish converted in the fifth minute, giving his side a bright start. Sports College regrouped and turned the match around just before half-time with a flurry of goals and Anugrah levelled in the 29th minute and Anuj Rai followed immediately in the 30th to put Sports College ahead. The late first-half strikes changed the tempo and forced Lucknow Aero Club to chase the game and despite a spirited second-half effort, they could not break down Sports College's organised defence. The second match produced a dominant display from Tektro Club, who overwhelmed Aliganj Sporting Club 4-0. Ankit was the star of the show, notching a first-half hat-trick with strikes in the 5th, 20th and 23rd minutes. Ayan added a fourth in the 21st minute, making it a blistering sequence that left Aliganj reeling. Tectro's relentless attacking and clinical finishing made the scoreline look comfortable, while Aliganj struggled to create clear chances against a compact and confident Tektro backline.
