PRAYAGRAJ, Sept. 28 -- Seers attending a Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) Kashi Prant Margdarshak Mandal meeting on Sunday resolved to initiate awareness campaigns on religious conversion, cow protection, traditional values, family bonding and substance abuse. Held at Swami Vasudevanand Saraswati's Alopibagh Ashram, the meeting marked the birth centenary of Ashok Singhal, a pivotal figure in the Ram Janmabhoomi movement. Participants emphasised that religious conversion would not be tolerated and underscored the necessity of protecting Hindu culture. Invoking the principle of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam ("the world is one family"), the assembly stated that while Hinduism seeks universal welfare, they are prepared to respond if their faith or culture faces attack.
