Kolkata, Dec. 12 -- A day after a key witness in a case against suspended Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader Sheikh Shahjahan was injured and his son and driver were killed in a highway-accident in North 24 Parganas district, police have registered a murder case, officials aware of the development said. "We have registered a murder case against Shahjahan and a few other persons on the basis of a complaint lodged by Bholanath Ghosh, who survived the crash. He has named a few persons in the complaint. Investigation is going on," said a senior official of Basirhat police district.
