As per the plan, on December 8, 2025, Mangal Pal summoned Abhay Pal to the Khutaha Bypass, while he proceeded towards Pedh to provide updates on Rajesh Yadav's location.
The moment Rajesh Yadav was spotted approaching the Tehsil in his Creta car, Abhay Pal rammed the truck into his vehicle and subsequently fled the scene on a motorcycle with an acquaintance.
In this regard, based on a complaint by the deceased's brother, Dinesh Kumar Yadav, an FIR was registered under Sections 281, 61(2), 324(4), and 103(1) of the BNS.
