LUCKNOW, Aug. 30 -- Defence minister Rajnath Singh on Saturday urged students of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU) to follow constitutional methods for social and economic change and abandon the "Grammar of Anarchy". Addressing the 11th Convocation of University, Singh invoked Dr B R Ambedkar's mantra - Educate, Agitate, Organise.
