Pre-Holi bashes set the festive mood!
India, March 3 -- With Holi just a day away, the city is already soaked in festivities and colours, with many pre-Holi bashes organised over the past weekend. Residents and guests enjoyed a memorable start to the season of colour. Surabhi Agarwal's Holify event attracted over 200 ladies. The vibrant celebration included herbal gulal, flower showers, dhol, DJ, colour bombs, and tankers. Holi-themed games and activities featured gifts, with particip-ants dancing the day away. The Tarang Holi Fest, organised by Social Splash, was held at the IIDM Eco Centre. Over 7,000 people attended the two-day festival, enjoying colours, music, and a pool party. Race Walking Gold Medalist Jay Prakash Singh also attended the bash. The Golf Club Lucknow hosted a pre-Holi celebration combining sports and festivity. The event featured music, a golf tournament, Lucknow Golf League prize distribution, and a live India verses West Indies cricket match viewing. Club official Rajneesh Sethi commented, "It was a great day bringing together the spirit of Holi and the excitement of cricket. The atmosphere was one of pure celebration." The grand Holi event, Rang Barse 2.0 at The Aviyaan, offered a memorable festive experience. Many foreign guests participated. The celebration featured organic colours, Anshuman & Band, DJ Crystal, and anchor Sanjana. Akash Singh Rathore, General Manager, stated, "We aimed to give the best of Holi experience and received an overwhelming response." The Lucknow Elite Joint Club (LEJC) organised the Band Baja Gulal - Holi Party 2026 on Sunday. The unforgettable celebration featured Band Rockstar Boys and DJ Amit, drawing many city families.
