PM, Amit Shah, Maya, others extend b'day greetings to Yogi
LUCKNOW, June 6 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union home minister Amit Shah, defence minister Rajnath Singh, BSP chief Mayawati, and other political leaders extended birthday greetings to chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday.
Posting a message on his X handle, PM Narendra Modi wrote: "Best wishes to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, Yogi Adityanath Ji on his birthday. His work towards the state's progress is noteworthy. He has always focused on improving the quality of life for people and ensuring all-round growth. Praying for his long and healthy life."
In response, Yogi thanked the PM saying: "Heartfelt thanks to the esteemed Prime Minister for the affectionate and heart-touching good wishes. Your guidance, trust, and 'affectionate strength' in the journey of building 'Developed Uttar Pradesh' are my capital. This is an inexhaustible source of continuous inspiration and energy for me."
Union home minister Amit Shah wrote, "Heartfelt birthday wishes to the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath. Under the leadership of Modi ji, the double-engine government of the state is setting new benchmarks for good governance and public welfare."
In his X handle, defence minister Rajnath Singh, wrote: "Heartfelt birthday wishes to the popular and diligent Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath. Under his leadership, Uttar Pradesh has achieved remarkable accomplishments in the fields of good governance, security, development, and public welfare. As a result of his unwavering resolve and tireless hard work, Uttar Pradesh is today advancing at a rapid pace on the path of progress and prosperity."
BSP supremo Mayawati wrote in her X handle in Hindi: "Heartfelt congratulations to the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and senior BJP leader Yogi Adityanath Ji on his birthday today, along with best wishes for his healthy life and long life."
BJP state president Pankaj Chaudhary says, "Today is the birthday of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. On my part and on behalf of all the workers in the state, I extend heartfelt wishes to him."
Chief ministers of several states including Devendra Fadnavis, Pushkar Singh Dhami, Rekha Gupta, Samrat Choudhary, Mohan Yadav wished their UP counterpart.
Both deputy deputy chief ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak also extended birthday wishes to Yogi through their X handle....
