LUCKNOW, July 4 -- Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) will confer degrees on 62,537 students and PhDs on 52 research scholars during its 24th convocation ceremony on July 7. A total of 84 medals, including 35 gold, 23 silver and 24 bronze, will be given to 83 students. Women lead the tally with 52 medals. The Chancellor's Medal will be awarded to Anshika Rana, a BTech computer science and engineering student of Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Ghaziabad.
