VARANASI, Sept. 23 -- Newly appointed chief executive officer (CEO) of the Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Trust and Shri Kashi Vishwanath Special Area Development Board Satyam Mishra said that ensuring a safe, seamless, and convenient darshan experience for every pilgrim visiting Baba Shri Kashi Vishwanath Dham is the top priority. Keeping the needs of the devotees in mind, the arrangements at the Dham will be continuously monitored, and improvements will be ensured as required. Mishra conducted a thorough inspection of Shri Kashi Vishwanath Dham on Tuesday. Officials and staff from the Temple Trust and the Board, including Sub divisional magistrate Shambhu Sharan and sub-divisional magistrate Pawan Prakash Pathak, accompanied the CEO during the inspection. The CEO gathered information from the concerned officials regarding both the new and existing arrangements for pilgrims. He placed special emphasis on keeping the systems pilgrim-centric and ensuring that the maximum number of pilgrims could experience a safe, seamless and convenient darshan. During the inspection, he directed the concerned officials and staff to ensure there was no inconvenience regarding pilgrim movement or the darshan process; to maintain effective queue management at entry points and within the zig-zag system; to ensure continuous availability of clean drinking water and sanitation; and to regularly monitor all pilgrim facilities operating within the Dham....
