JODHPUR, April 27 -- The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has seized 1.041 kg of heroin worth about Rs.5 crore and arrested one person during a joint operation near the Indo-Pakistan border in Sri Ganganagar district, officials said. The operation, code-named "Dhurandhar", was carried out on Saturday by the NCB Jodhpur Zonal Unit in coordination with the Border Security Force and the Anti-Narcotics Task Force, Sri Ganganagar, acting on specific intelligence. The arrested accused has been identified as Tirth Singh, a resident of Malkana Khurd in Sri Ganganagar.
