Nabin to visit state on May 29-30 as part of BJP's '27 campaign prep
Dehradun, May 19 -- BJP national president Nitin Nabin will visit Uttarakhand for two days on May 29 and 30, party office bearers said on Monday.
The proposed visit will be Nabin's first to the hill state since he took charge as the BJP national chief in January.
State BJP chief and Rajya Sabha MP Mahendra Bhatt the itinerary will be finalised soon.
Party leaders said the visit was part of preparations for the upcoming assembly elections in 2027. "The party's focus is to win seats where it lost in the last elections," said a party leader who did not wish to be named.
