VARANASI, March 31 -- The MP-UP Cooperation Summit 2026 will be held in Varanasi on March 31, chaired by Madhya Pradesh chief minister Mohan Yadav. The meet aims to build a comprehensive economic ecosystem by integrating ODOP (One District One Product), GI-tagged goods, traditional handicrafts, export-oriented sectors, investment and tourism, according to a communique. A senior delegation will also visit the Baba Kashi Vishwanath Corridor to study crowd management, infrastructure planning and pilgrim facilities-seen as a template for improving religious tourism in Madhya Pradesh. Key deliberations will centre on branding, marketing and export strategies for ODOP and agri-based products.
