LUCKNOW, April 26 -- Calling the 21st century an "AI war" defined not by weapons but by intelligence, Sarojini Nagar MLA Rajeshwar Singh has urged Uttar Pradesh to take a leadership role in artificial intelligence through policy innovation and youth-driven talent creation. In a statement issued on Saturday, Singh said global powers are investing aggressively in AI, which is rapidly reshaping economies, national security frameworks, and social systems. "The nation that leads in AI will write the history of the future," he said, underlining the importance of the technology. He said that he has written to CM Yogi Adityanath proposing a comprehensive policy framework to position Uttar Pradesh as a hub of AI innovation. Addressing youth, Singh outlined priorities: learning coding, understanding data, building critical thinking skills, and creating technology rather than merely consuming it.
