AGRA, July 6 -- A 30-year-old man was allegedly shot dead by his cousin during an engagement ceremony at a farmhouse in Mathura because the latter suspected the former of having an affair with his wife, police said. The incident occurred on Friday evening. Confirming it, PK Tiwari, deputy SP for refinery circle of Mathura, said: "On reaching the scene after getting information, we found that accused Pawan Kumar Chaudhary, 35, had fired five rounds through his licensed revolver targeting his cousin Gajendra Singh whom he suspected of having an affair with his wife." "The accused was arrested along with the licensed revolver. The body has been sent for a post-mortem examination and further investigation into the matter is underway," Tiwari added....
