Lucknow, March 24 -- A 22-year-old man was killed while his mother and sister sustained critical injuries after a speeding car rammed into their motorcycle in Malihabad on Sunday night, police said on Monday. The accident occurred around 9.30 pm near Purwa village. Sahil was returning home on a motorcycle with his mother, Nirmala Devi, and sister, Chahat, when a car coming from the opposite direction hit them, officials added. Locals and police rushed the injured to a nearby hospital. Due to the severity of his injuries, Sahil was referred to the trauma centre, where he succumbed during treatment late at night. His mother and sister are undergoing treatment and remain in critical condition, doctors said. Malihabad inspector Surendra Singh Bhati said that a case has been taken up and efforts are underway to trace the vehicle involved in the accident....
