LUCKNOW, May 27 -- A 40-year-old woman was allegedly strangled to death by her husband during a domestic dispute in Ashiana area on Tuesday, police said. The deceased was identified as Nisha Sharma alias Usha, who lived with her husband Satish Sharma and their three children -- Ayush (18), Aradhana (13) and Ansh (8). According to police and family members, the couple had frequent fights over Satish's drinking habit. Nisha's mother, Jagarani, a resident of Ruchi Khand in Sharda Nagar, alleged that Satish was addicted to alcohol and often assaulted her daughter over money for liquor. Family members said the couple earlier lived near the Sector-L water tank area, but Satish allegedly sold their house due to his addiction. For the past one month, the family had been living in a makeshift hut near Chandrika Devi temple close to Bangla Pul in Ashiana. Nisha worked as a domestic help to support the family....
