PRAYAGRAJ, June 20 -- Pratapgarh police have registered a case against a man who climbed a BSNL tower to press a personal demand, amid growing concern over a rise in similar protests across Prayagraj and Pratapgarh. Police subsequently registered a case against him. Officials said the action was intended to discourage similar protests, which pose risks to public safety and create law-and-order challenges. The move has sparked discussion as no such legal action was reportedly taken in recent tower-climbing incidents in Kunda, including two cases involving a teenage girl in Faredupur on March 29 and June 16....
