LUCKNOW, May 14 -- Uttar Pradesh secured the highest 'Exemplar' award among landlocked states in the Logistics Ease Across Different States (LEADS) 2025 rankings, a government spokesperson said. With this, Uttar Pradesh emerged as the top-performing landlocked state in the country. The state had remained in the 'Achiever' category for three consecutive years from 2022 to 2024 before moving to the top rank this year, according to a government press release. The award was presented on Wednesday by Union minister for commerce and industry Piyush Goyal during the LEADS 2025 Report and LEAPS (Logistics Excellence, Advancement & Performance Shield) 2025 Awards ceremony at Vanijya Bhawan in New Delhi.
