Lucknow, July 22 -- The Lucknow Municipal Corporation (LMC) has imposed a penalty of Rs.3 lakh on its waste management agency after a surprise inspection exposed poor garbage handling, delayed infrastructure work and improper disposal of hospital waste in Zone-8.
