LDA sells 3,718 flats, earns Rs 1,339 crore
LUCKNOW, March 30 -- The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has sold 3,718 flats, generating about Rs 1,339 crore in revenue under its first come, first serve (FCFS) scheme, with only around 240 units now remaining available online.
Officials said only a limited number of flats remain vacant across key projects such as Aishbagh Heights, Deepshikha Apartment, Parijat Apartment and Sopan Enclave Phase II. Buyers continue to show interest, leading to quick bookings.
Data shows that 1,837 cancelled units have been rebooked, while 250 refunded flats have also been processed again for sale, said Devansh Trivedi, LDA property incharge.
The FCFS portal was launched on August 5, 2022, by Roshan Jacob, then divisional commissioner, marking the first fully online mechanism by a development authority in Uttar Pradesh to sell unsold flats....
