LUCKNOW, May 9 -- Illegal construction mafia allegedly attacked two Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) employees, held them hostage and assaulted them during an inspection drive in Kakori, triggering fresh concerns over the safety of enforcement teams, according to an official statement issued by the authority on Friday.
