PRAYAGRAJ, Sept. 6 -- The sixth and the last named accused in connection with the August 31 firecracker factory explosion near the Prayagraj-Kaushambi border in Uttar Pradesh was arrested following an encounter, police said on Saturday. According to police, the accused, Shakeel, is the brother of factory owner and prime accused, Naushad.
