PRAYAGRAJ, Aug. 10 -- The Allahabad News Reporters Club (Press Club) organised its 16th annual journalist family meet, "Pahal", on Sunday, with 73 women participating in the rangoli competition and 46 in the mehendi contest. The painting competition saw participation from 51 children aged 5-10, 66 aged 10-15 and 48 aged 15-18. Senior social worker and Apna Dal (S) leader Kishan Saroj inaugurated the event and interacted with participants. Club secretary Munendra Bajpai was also present. Convener Rajiv Ranjan Mishra said the results were declared after evaluation by the jury comprising Dr Kiran Mishra, Neha Malviya and Sonam Jaiswal. In the mehendi competition, Akanksha Patel stood first, followed by Sonam Mishra and Priyanshi Srivastava. In rangoli, Priyanka Srivastava won the first position, while Aradhita Tripathi and Poonam Chaudhary stood second and third, respectively. In painting Group-A, Jyotika Kushwaha stood first, Samriddh Mishra second, while Sakshi Dwivedi and Divisha Mishra jointly secured third place. In Group-B, Advika Bajpai stood first, Alveera Jasmine second, and Vanya Srivastava and Rashi Sharma jointly third. In Group-C, Divyanshi Rai won the first position, Ritik Khare second, and Arnav Maurya and Aviral Srivastava jointly third. The winners will be felicitated at a programme August 15....
