LUCKNOW, Aug. 20 -- A virtual groundbreaking ceremony was held for projects worth Rs.3,195 crore by Escorts Kubota Limited and Minda Corporation Limited at the Uttar Pradesh-Japan Investment Meet 2026 on Wednesday. These projects, to be established in the YEIDA region, will create more than 10,000 employment opportunities, said a state government press statement. Escorts Kubota Limited, a manufacturer of tractors and construction equipment, is investing Rs.2,029 crore to establish a manufacturing unit and is expected to create employment opportunities for more than 3,800 people. Minda Corporation Limited is also establishing two major manufacturing projects in YEIDA. The company will invest a total of Rs.1,166 crore in these projects, creating around 6,440 employment opportunities....
