Varanasi, Aug. 2 -- The Heritage Park, established by the Main Workshop of the Indian Institute of Technology- Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, was inaugurated on Saturday by the director of the institute, professor Amit Patra, in the presence of registrar Sumit Biswas, deans, heads of departments, faculty members, officers, staff and other dignitaries. The Heritage Park has been developed with the objective of preserving and showcasing historical machines, equipment and ancillary devices that have been carefully maintained by the Main Workshop over the years.
