LUCKNOW, Aug. 9 -- HealthCity Vistar Super-specialty Hospital and Trauma Centre has completed two years of operations, expanding its super-specialty and critical care services while planning additional advanced facilities, according to a press release issued on Saturday. The hospital recently added a paediatric intensive care unit (PICU) alongside its existing neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), and has also launched surgical oncology services and robotic joint replacement. HealthCity Vistar managing director Dr Sandeep Kapoor said the hospital's expansion aims to bring advanced and specialised treatment closer to patients in Lucknow and nearby areas, reducing the need to travel to other cities for complex care. The hospital is also planning to add radiotherapy, MRI and organ transplantation services while expanding robotic surgery across specialties.
