LUCKNOW, Sept. 21 -- The Uttar Pradesh capital is set to host a "Tech Mahakumbh" next month with tech leaders from the US, the UK, Germany and other countries converging for three days of brainstorming on future technologies. The "International Dialogue 2026" will be held at Uttar Pradesh State Institute of Forensic Sciences (UPSIFS) from October 23 to 25, bringing together around 1,200 policymakers, industry captains, scientists, researchers, startups, judicial and police officers, teachers and students on one platform. From artificial intelligence, robotics, drones and 3D printing to quantum computing, quantum communication and post-quantum preparedness, the dialogue will focus on technologies that will reshape industry, security and justice delivery in coming years. Forensic DNA, cyber forensics, digital evidence, modern investigation systems, data protection, privacy, audit, governance and legal compliance will also be deliberated upon. UPSIFS founder director GK Goswami said the event is being organised to make UP youth proficient in new-age technologies and open immense employment opportunities. "The vision of Viksit Bharat will be realised through innovation and employability. We want institutions not just to give degrees but to produce industry-ready talent," he said. During the event, a major thrust will be on internships, placements and entrepreneurship networking. Tech firms, startups, law firms, legal-tech and compliance companies can partner in three categories - Silver (Rs 5 lakh plus ), Gold (Rs 8 lakh plus ) and Platinum (Rs 12 lakh plus ) - to tap talent, showcase tech and shape future roadmap for research and policy.
