PRAYAGRAJ, May 21 -- An 11-year-old girl died after being hit by a motorcycle near the Sehuda canal culvert under Bara police station limits on the Prayagraj-Banda highway on Wednesday morning. Police sent the body for postmortem and seized the motorcycle, while the rider fled the spot. According to police, Poonam Kesarwani, daughter of Radheshyam Kesarwani, a resident of Sehuda village, had gone out in the morning when a Bullet motorcycle coming from the Prayagraj side hit her near the canal culvert, a short distance from her house.
