Varanasi, March 8 -- The Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple administration has announced special darshan arrangements for women and girls at the Shri Kashi Vishwanath Dham on the occasion of International Women's Day on March 8. According to the temple administration, all women devotees will be allowed free entry and darshan of Lord Shri Kashi Vishwanath through gate no. 4-B throughout the day. However, two time slots 4 am to 5 am in the morning and 4 pm to 5 pm in the evening will be reserved exclusively for residents of Kashi to offer prayers. Temple chief executive officer Vishwa Bhushan said the special arrangement will apply to all women, whether they are Kashi residents or visiting from outside the city. Women carrying children, whether boys or girls, will receive priority entry for darshan, he added. No ticket or fee will be charged for the darshan under this special arrangement.
