Prayagraj, April 19 -- The founder's day celebration of United Group of Institutions (UGI), Naini, was held on Saturday with veteran Bollywood actor Ashish Vidyarthi inspiring students to dream big and achieve success through persistence and hard work. Vidyarthi said extraordinary achievements are possible irrespective of one's circumstances or chosen field. He urged students to pursue their ambitions fearlessly without worrying about setbacks. Drawing from his life experiences, he advised students to use their time and energy in the right direction and work every day towards self-improvement. District magistrate Manish Kumar Verma, the chief guest, said every student has hidden talent which must be recognised and nurtured by parents and teachers. He stressed that curiosity should always be encouraged, as questioning leads to deeper understanding. Guest of honour Brigadier Navneet Dagar, deputy GOC, East UP and MP Sub Area of the Indian Army, highlighted the importance of discipline in life. He also thanked UGI for honouring the wives of brave soldiers under the Veer Nari Samman initiative. During the programme, Veer Naris, meritorious students and teachers from 60 reputed schools in Prayagraj and neighbouring districts were honoured.
