Agra, June 24 -- A fire scare happened at a major coaching institute on Bypass Road in Agra on Tuesday. According to the police, it was a minor short circuit and not a case of fire and appealed to citizens not to spread misinformation. Hundreds of students rushed out of the institute in panic after the rumour spread of a fire in the building on Tuesday. Amisha, assistant commissioner of police (ACP), Hariparvat Circle, in a recorded message on the media cell of Agra Commissionerate, stated that police at New Agra police station got information about a fire at a prominent coaching centre in the area. "Police teams rushed to the spot but found that it was a minor short circuit in the parking lot of the building. It was not a case of fire thus we appeal to citizens not to spread misinformation. Fire safety protocols are being taken care of," the ACP said....
