BIKANER, Aug. 25 -- A woman died at PBM Hospital on Sunday after her condition deteriorated following a premature delivery, officials said, adding that her family alleged negligence in treatment. Anupama (25), a resident of Sardarshahar in Churu district, had been referred to PBM before delivery and was admitted on August 11. According to a police complaint filed by her husband Anand Meena, Anupama had high blood pressure and complained of eclampsia during delivery. She underwent delivery at PBM and gave birth to a boy, but her condition subsequently deteriorated. She was first shifted to the Trauma ICU and put on ventilator support before being moved to the Post-Covid ICU, where she died during treatment. htc...
